1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not available; please refer to our return policy below.

2. Returns

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for defective or wrong items.
• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Customized or personalized orders are non-returnable.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable except for defective items.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please send photos of the damaged package and item to jxlbjdpgcjs@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
